Eat by K&K is a small family project created by Kris and his wife, Khalisa, in their home in Bangkok. After more than 25 years cooking across the United States and Asia—from five-star hotels to mom-and-pop kitchens—Kris developed a cooking style centered on skill, precision, and care.
His approach is simple: take familiar foods and elevate them through technique, attention, and respect for ingredients, turning everyday dishes into something memorable.
